Shipping

We send packages via Australia Post and eParcel. For bulky items or unsecure locations a calling card may be left requiring you to collect your order from the local Australia Post agent. If you have specific delievry instructions, please note them in the comments field when placing your order.

 

Shipping & Handling Fees

Once you have placed items in your cart you will be able to view shipping options and prices.

 

 


Refunds & Returns

We suggest you make your decision carefully because stock is very often ordered in especially for you and we will not credit you if you have simply "changed your mind".

 

Some orders will take longer than stated. This is because a product you have ordered may not be in our stock or the HQV Australia warehouse and therefore must come from overseas. This typically takes four to six weeks.

 

We will not refund if you mis-ordered items, damage the goods by not following the instructions, customize items or sold your bike and don't need it anymore.

 

All special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Note regarding delivery process:

When we receive your order all stocked products are picked and packed. All products that are not in stock are ordered the same or next business day.

 

All products that are available from Husqvarna Australia generally take two to three business days to arrive to our facility.

 

When everything available from the Australian warehouse arrives it is packed with the products we have in stock and everything we have is shipped to you. 

 

When an item is not held in Australia and requires back order at the factory we will notify you and ask if you want to wait for the back ordered item.

  • In situations where you do not want to wait for a back ordered item, we will ship what parts we have to you immediately. 
  • In situations where you are happy to wait for the back ordered item, we will hold all your items and ship the total order together.

 


 

Correct Product Application is Customer's Responsibility

Due to the nature of our Online Parts Order System it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct parts. We provide links to resources to help customers make educated purchases but by using this system to order you acknowledge that it is YOUR responsibility to use the correct part number. There will be NO returns, credits, or exchanges because you ordered the wrong part for your application. NO exceptions.
